Our indoor playgrounds are perfect for kid’s parties as there is something for everyone! Jump, slide, bounce, climb and play to your fave tunes with your best mates in our state of the art parks, finished with tasty party food and ice lollies – it’s any kid’s dream!
Jump socks are included for all guests in our party packages. The only time they are not included is for additional adults who might be joining. Please take this into consideration.
No problem! We have vegan/lactose free/gluten free options so hopefully all needs will be catered for. Please let us know if you require any of these options. If you have any concerns please speak to a member of our team.
All guests’ parents need to sign a waiver on their child’s behalf (unless the guest is 16+). There is a link on the booking system you can send in a message, and we will also email you with your waiver link if you’d like to forward this on. Please follow the instructions in your email after you have made a booking. For any other issues, please speak to a member of our team.
Children aged 5 and under require a paying adult on the park with them to supervise. If you have guests in your party under 6 please book additional ‘open jump’ sessions for the time of your party for these adults. 1 adult can supervise 2 children under 6.
Yes you can! Your party room will become available to you after check in. You can decorate the party room while your guests are on the park.
Definitely! We encourage customers to bring their own cake. The cake will stay in your party room and we’ll all sing happy birthday as soon as the birthday bouncer returns from the park.
We require five days notice prior to your booking for a full refund. On the day of your party, any guests that fail to attend will not be entitled to a refund. However, another guest can fill this space and will receive the full party package.
