SEN SESSIONS

Jump, play, and learn at our toddler sessions, exclusive for children 5 and under (and their parents/guardians)!

Toddler Sessions at Jump Inc are a great way to meet new friends, experience new sights and learn through exploration in our huge bouncy playgrounds with soft landings. Let them use muscles they wouldn’t normally use and improve motor skills along the way!

During the week, our weekday toddler sessions are two hours long – feel free to join us at any point during the session and sing along to your favourite Disney songs played throughout.

After your session why not join us in the cafe for a drink and snack whilst the older siblings or friends head onto the park for our Open Jump session!

Good-condition hybrid safety socks must be worn at all times. No bare feet at any time.

If you’d like to join other families and little ones in a safe and friendly environment, book your toddler ticket today.

Some of the changes we make during this session to ensure it is enjoyable for everyone:

  • No whistles. If there is any rule-breaking, we’ll calmly explain the rules, or we’ll talk to a supervising adult.
  • Disco lights turned off and music turned down.
  • Hard basketballs removed.
  • A 5 / 10-minute announcement before the end of the session.
  • Exclusivity & reduced capacity
  • Extra staff
  • An alternative option to wristbands if required

Yes, our SEN sessions are for families of SEN children too. Please be aware of the nature of the session, anyone not acting appropriately will be removed from the session.

We turn off our party/disco lights and keep the big main lights on to reduce sensory stimulation. Music volume is also turned down to make it a more enjoyable experience for children who might become overwhelmed by loud sounds.

Wristbands are not required to be worn by children in this session, we just ask that carers wear one so our staff know that everyone has done all the necessary steps when signing in for the session.

We ask that carers watch the safety video carefully and explain any rules they can to their child. Staff are also on hand to help explain to them if needed.

We recommend to arrive 20 minutes early. You must check in at reception, watch the safety briefing video and have completed a risk acknowledgement form before entry. Please pay attention to your email confirmation as it includes important details and instructions regarding your booking. This information is there to help you prepare for your visit and to improve your experience upon your arrival.
